1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
This is a curated skateboarding content platform allowing registered users to purchase credits, unlock selected videos, and optionally tip creators.
3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
4. CREDITS & PAYMENTS
- Credits are digital units that unlock content and can tip creators.
- Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- Unlocking a video grants access to view, not ownership or redistribution rights.
- Tips are voluntary and do not guarantee additional content or services.
